Building Top Team Capacity and Effectiveness The effectiveness of the top team in any organisation impacts significantly
on the organisation’s ability to achieve its results and retain
its talented people. Di works with boards and executive groups to support
them in clarifying purpose and strategy, defining their goals, developing
effective processes and protocols, ensuring that individual members are
“playing to their strengths” and that all members are conscious
of and applying the behaviours that make for strong effective collaboration
and decision making.
Building Leadership EffectivenessDi has undertaken extensive work in building management and leadership
effectiveness for executive groups, spanning the provision of advice on
strategic positioning, design of long term leadership programs through
to ensuring that programs are well integrated with broader organisational
goals and change agendas. She has co-designed and co-facilitated Senior Executive Leadership
Development Programs for many agencies including the Band 3, Leadership
Mastery and the Band 2, Leading Across Boundaries programs for the Australian
Public Service Commission (APSC). Her earlier work in leadership and management
development was as Convenor of Studies for the APSC’s Executive
